Health Policy Associate (DC, Washington)
This position supports the AAN’s regulatory advocacy program. In this role, the Associate will work to develop and improve the AAN’s regulatory communications, proactively grow relationships with key health policy regulators, maintain surveillance of the regulatory landscape, and increase the AAN’s internal coordination on regulatory affairs. The Associate will interact with the Medical Economics division within AAN’s Health Policy team and reports directly to the Senior Regulatory Counsel (in Washington, DC).  

Marketing Project Manager
Responsible for managing various print and digital related projects for the Academy. Works with internal staff and external vendors to produce high
quality deliverables within scope, timeframe and budget.

Digital Research Marketing Analyst
Provides support for the Digital Strategy & Development Team associated with internal and external analysis of projects and initiatives.

Administrative Assistant, Publishing
Provide administrative support to Executive Editor of Neurology.

Data and Reporting Analyst
Administer requests for lists and reports submitted through the Help Desk and provide support for data related projects using Microsoft SQL, SSRS. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement custom reporting solutions and self-service reporting tools driven by business requirements.

Part-Time Administrative Specialist, Membership
At the American Academy of Neurology, there is nothing more important than our members—some of the most talented neurologists in the world—and it is our job to assist them in accessing the kind of top-quality education, research, and networking that can help them excel at their jobs: providing the best possible care for patients with neurologic disease. We are looking for a dynamic, part-time customer service representative to join our Membership department. This person will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, patients, caregivers, and staff; assist with providing information on AAN membership, products, and services; and accurately and expeditiously process and maintain data pertaining to member records.
